1. Service

Astral (the “App”) is provided by Textintel FZE, publishing on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under the name “Torapp”.

Textintel FZE (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”, “We”, or “Us”) provides the following services (the “Services”):

• Daily horoscopes and astrological insights.
• Compatibility analysis and relationship profiles for romantic partners and friends.
• AI-driven chat interfaces designed to simulate conversations about astrology, personal growth, and relationship advice.
• Generated visual content, such as soulmate sketches.

2. Disclaimer: Entertainment Purposes Only

Crucial Notice: All content, horoscopes, compatibility scores, advice, and AI-generated chat responses provided by the App are intended strictly for entertainment purposes only.

The App does not provide, nor should it be used as a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, validity, or reliability of any astrological predictions or AI-generated statements. Users are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the content provided by the App.

3. Access and Use

Access to and use of the App are subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). We reserve the right to revise, modify, delete, or suspend any content, feature, or service without prior notice.

Optional Data Provision: Providing personal data to the App (such as birth dates, locations, or times) is not mandatory. You may choose to reject or skip providing data during onboarding and general usage, although this may limit the personalization of certain features.

4. Copyright Notice

The software, design, illustrations (including Rive animations and generated sketches), and content of Astral are the property of Textintel FZE or are used under license from third-party copyright owners.

Unless explicitly permitted, the content of this App may not be reproduced, altered, or distributed for commercial purposes without written consent from Textintel FZE.

5. User Content Responsibilities

When adding “People” (friends, romantic interests) to the App, you warrant that you have the right or permission to input their details into the App for the purpose of generating compatibility reports. You agree not to use the App to harass, stalk, or infringe upon the privacy of others.

6. Limitations of Liability

The services provided by Astral are provided “as is” and “as available.”

In no event shall Textintel FZE be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use this App, including emotional distress or damages arising from reliance on the App’s AI-generated advice.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features of the App (e.g., unrestricted access to the Discover tab, full compatibility reports, unlimited AI chat) require a Premium Subscription (Weekly or Yearly).

• Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Payment will be charged to your respective account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will be automatically billed at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.

8. Data Protection and AI Processing

By using the App, you acknowledge that any inputs you choose to provide—including birth details and chat messages—will be processed by our backend servers and third-party AI service providers to generate the App’s core features. All data processing is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Refund Policy

Since payments are processed directly by Apple (via the App Store) and Google (via the Play Store), Textintel FZE does not have the ability to process refunds directly.

• For iOS users: Refund requests must be made through Apple’s support system at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• For Android users: Refund requests must be made through the Google Play Store support center.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Turkish law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
